Welcome to ScottyHub. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ScottyHub (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher). By registering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral bonuses, tasks, the spin wheel, or any other earning feature is prohibited and may result in suspension and forfeiture of balance.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the platform's earning systems.

3. The Earn Center, Wallet & COPS

ScottyHub lets users earn an in-platform balance called COPS through daily tasks, the spin wheel, referrals, and marketplace sales. COPS can be requested for withdrawal subject to the minimum withdrawal amount shown in the app and review by our team.

Rewards are granted for genuine, good-faith participation only. Automated clicking, bot traffic, fake referrals, or self-referral schemes are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the associated balance and possible account suspension.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed before payout and may be delayed, adjusted, or rejected if we detect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to change reward amounts, task availability, or the withdrawal process at any time.

4. Marketplace

Users may list, sell, and rent WhatsApp bots and related digital products through the ScottyHub Marketplace. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for delivering what they describe. ScottyHub takes a platform commission on each sale as disclosed at checkout. We are not a party to the underlying transaction between buyer and seller and do not guarantee the quality, legality, or functionality of third-party listings.

5. User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of content you post (posts, comments, articles, media). By posting, you grant ScottyHub a license to display and distribute that content on the platform. You agree not to post content that is:

Illegal, fraudulent, or infringing on others' rights (including copyright and trademark).
Hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or exploitative of minors.
Spam, scams, or misleading claims (including fake earning promises or phishing links).
Malware, exploits, or anything intended to harm other users' devices or accounts.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section, at our discretion.

6. Admin-Published Content

News, announcements, tutorials, and articles published by ScottyHub administrators are provided for informational purposes. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that all content is error-free or up to date.

7. Third-Party Services & Advertising

ScottyHub may display advertising from third-party networks (such as Google AdSense) and may integrate third-party services (such as Google Sign-In, media hosting, or CPA offer providers). Your interaction with those third parties is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers

ScottyHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that earning opportunities will always be available, or specific income outcomes. Use of the platform, including any earning features, is at your own discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScottyHub and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of balance due to account suspension resulting from a violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ScottyHub after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
